TICKET INFORMATION:

Tickets are purchased for a specific show, performer, date, and time.

All ticket purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to any other show, date, or time.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

All tickets are assessed a Service Fee that is added to the base ticket price whether purchased via phone or website.

Ticket purchases guarantee you have a seat(s), but not specific seat/seats together.

All acts, prices, and show times are subject to change without notice.

Photo ID may be required to claim tickets at Will Call.

If the show is cancelled, customers will be contacted for ticket options. Please provide a valid telephone number AND email address so we can notify you.

All showtimes are subject to change.

Seats may be forfeited 30 minutes after show time if there is need to accommodate a wait-list.

VENUE POLICIES:

No outside food or beverages are allowed in the Comedy Club at Duckworth's

Please DO NOT talk in a disruptive manner during the show. We will kindly give you a warning and if disruption continues you may be asked to leave.

Once the show starts phones are to be put way. No texts or calls are allowed while the show is going on.

Photography and recording video/audio is NOT allowed during the show. Please take all of your pictures before or after the who.

The Comedy Club at Duckworth's reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

No firearms are allowed on the premises.

HOW DOES SEATING WORK:

All General Admission seating is first come first serve, therefore we cannot guarantee seating together. Groups need to be particularly aware of this. We do NOT give refunds if your party cannot sit together. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes to an hour prior to show time for better seat selection. Preferred and VIP seats are reserved seats.

LATE ARRIVALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED SEATS AND ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND. Management reserves the right to release your tickets/seats if you do not arrive by scheduled showtime.

AGE TO ENTER:

Everyone must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID for admittance and 21 to consume alcohol.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Do not heckle the performers or cause other disruptions during the show. The managers have the right to remove patrons from the showroom if the code of conduct is violated. Patrons removed from the venue will not be issued a refund for their ticket purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

COVID-19 DISCLAIMER

This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price appearing hereon and is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Holder of this ticket (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the game or event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or after same, including, but not limited to, contracting, and/or spreading the COVID-19 virus, and agrees that the organization, venue, presenter, agents, participants, or players are not responsible or liable for any injuries, sickness, or death resulting from such causes. Holder acknowledges that the COVID-19 pandemic remains a threat to individual and public health, COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease transmitted through human contact and respiratory droplets (including through the air and via common surfaces) and it is possible that Holder may contract COVID-19 while at the game or event for which this ticket is issued. Holder agrees by use of this ticket not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game or event to which this ticket is issued. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. Holder agrees that the license comprised by this ticket may be removed and Holder may be ejected from the game or event for which this ticket is issued in the event that Holder violates any law, ordinance, or venue regulation. Holder grants permission to the organization sponsoring the game or event for which this ticket is issued to utilize Holder’s image or likeness in connection with any video or other transmission or reproduction of the event to which this ticket relates.

WILL YOU BE VIDEOTAPED OR PHOTOGRAPHED:

By entering an event or program of the Comedy Club at Duckworth's, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Comedy Club at Duckworth's, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
