Acceptance of Terms: The holder of this ticket ("Ticket Holder") agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on this ticket and agrees to abide by any additional rules or regulations presented by Soundcheck Studios.

Cancellation/Postponement: Soundcheck Studios reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event without notice. In the event of cancellation, the Ticket Holder shall have the ticket price refunded. In case of postponement, the ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.

No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except as expressly provided herein or at the sole discretion of Soundcheck Studios.

Right of Admission Reserved: Soundcheck Studios reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual who fails to comply with venue rules, or for any other lawful reason.

No Weapons Allowed: By purchasing a ticket and entering Soundcheck Studios, you agree to comply with our safety policies and regulations. The possession or use of guns or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited within the venue and its surrounding properties.

Liability Waiver: The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the actual event, and releases Soundcheck Studios from any related claims.

Compliance with Venue Policies: The Ticket Holder agrees to comply with all venue policies including, but not limited to, security procedures, alcohol consumption, and prohibited items.
