Lodging/Buyout: Purchaser will provide one (1) king-bed hotel room near the venue for each day of the performance or a buyout of $250 to be paid to the artist day of performance for each day of the performance.

Hospitality: Unless otherwise indicated, Purchaser will provide an allowance of hot and cold beverages

in the backstage/dressing rooms for the sole use of the band and any crew members. *Please note Steve Poltz is a strict opitunivore – he will literally eat anything*

However...

· Please note a $25 hospitality buyout may be requested by the artist/mgmt as a substitute for all items

listed below:

· No Styrofoam please.

· Local and organic ALWAYS preferred if available.

· Meals to accommodate two persons (per advance) provided before each performance or a $30 food

buyout may be substituted.

· Sparkling water: mineral preferred - club soda is fine.

· 2 Organic bananas.

· Organic pint of blueberries.

· 2 Organic apples: Honeycrisp or Pink Lady
