A McCrary Kind of Christmas, featuring renowned Gospel singers The McCrary Sisters, is set for a special holiday evening at Harken Hall on Friday, December 4, at 7:00 p.m. Emmylou Harris is among the many performers joining this celebratory night to remember, with proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

This will be the McCrary Sisters’ 17th annual Christmas show. Guest artists will perform songs of the season, and The McCrary Sisters, along with several generations of the McCrary family, will be sure to fill the room with the spirit of Christmas. Guest artists include Emmylou Harris, Crimm Singers, Gayle Mayes Stuart, Etta and Bob Britt, Michael McCae, Charles “Wigg” Walker, Leona Wilson, Danny and Mabel Flowers, the McCrary Family, Wil Merrell, and Rev. Sekou.

The McCrary Sisters sing Gospel music that melds traditional and contemporary styles and incorporates their influences of classic soul, Americana, blues, rock, and R&B. Central to their work and their shows is their boundless joy in singing and their desire to spread hope, love, and healing.

Daughters of the late Rev. Samuel McCrary – a founding member of the legendary Gospel quartet The Fairfield Four – Ann, Regina, Alfreda, and Deborah grew up in Nashville surrounded by music, artists, and faith.

A McCrary Kind of Christmas traditionally includes a surprise Secret Santa. In past years, Secret Santa guests have included Carrie Underwood, Margo Price, and the late great Raul Malo. The celebrity Santa will be revealed the night of the concert.
