No Floor is a gloomy shoegaze four-piece from Seattle, Washington. The band focuses on creating harsh, but lush walls of guitar noise with special attention to structure and form, leaning toward a vision of “droning through repetition.” Vocal melodies tend to be reserved and soft, while the lyrics center on the banal moods and moments of daily life. Words like “crushing” and “womby” are used to describe some of the finer moments.
