The Dan Nix Big Band, a formidable 19-piece jazz ensemble, is celebrated for its electrifying performances and exceptional roster of talent. Known for hosting Grammy artists such as Jeff Hamilton, Jon Hamar, and Tamir Hendelman, the group has played at many events and venues across Indiana, including Circle of Lights and Fountain Square Theater. Their dynamic shows and sophisticated artistry are a testament to the vibrant modern jazz scene, making significant contributions to Indiana's cultural landscape and establishing themselves as a prominent force in jazz.
