CANCERSLUG

Cancerslug is an American horror punk and metal band from Huntsville, Alabama, primarily known as the creative vehicle for frontman Alex Story. Formed in 1999, the band has developed a massive underground following—often called the Slugcult—for its raw, aggressive sound and lyrics that explore dark, taboo, and violent themes. Aside from Cancerslug, Alex Story is well-known as the lead singer for the band Doyle, featuring Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein of the Misfits. The music is a high-energy blend of horror-punk, metal, and Southern Gothic sludge.
