Welcome to “Choose Your Own Scavenger Hunt #1: The Journey Downtown.”

This isn’t your standard follow-the-arrows situation. This is your story, your path, your chance to outwit, outwalk, and out-photo the competition. Meet in the outdoor venue at Scout Hall and choose your adventure from three options. From there, downtown unfolds like a living puzzle.

Pick your path:

Paint Pursuit

Track down the bold, the weird, and the wildly Instagrammable. Murals become clues. Walls start talking. You just have to know how to listen.

Culinary Quest

A delicious detour through downtown’s bars, bites, and hidden gems. Sniff out answers in all the right places.

Hidden in Plain Sight

The trickiest of the trio. Architectural oddities, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it details, and the kind of stuff you’ve walked past a hundred times. Until now.

How it works:

This is an app-based photo hunt (you'll need a phone that connects to the internet). Play solo or as a team (each person must have a ticket to participate).

Once you choose your adventure, you’ll solve clues that lead you to real locations across downtown. Find the answer, snap the pic, move to the next. Simple in theory. Slightly chaotic in practice.

The goal:

Be the first to finish your hunt and actually get it right. Speed helps. Sharp eyes win.

Bring your friends, your competitive edge, and maybe someone who’s weirdly good at noticing things. Whether you’re in it to win it or just along for the ride, one thing’s guaranteed. Downtown will never look the same again.

After the hunt, meet back at Scout Hall for cold drinks, shared tales, and the announcement of winners and prizes!

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket for and/or participating in Choose Your Own Scavenger Hunt: The Journey Downtown, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation in this event involves physical activity, movement throughout public and private spaces, and interaction with the surrounding environment. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You agree to release, waive, and discharge Scout Hall, its owners, employees, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the event, including those caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and conduct at all times. This includes obeying all local laws, traffic regulations, and respecting private property. Scout Hall is not responsible for injuries, accidents, theft, damage, or losses that may occur during the course of the event.

By participating, you also grant permission for Scout Hall to use any photos or media captured during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate.
