CUT A RUG is a new bi-monthly series of "live music and DJs to dance to" - curated by residents Sunshine Emblem -at Minneapolis' Uptown VFW.

SUNSHINE EMBLEM is songwriter Simon Calder (INFINITIES), lead guitarist Tyler Coenen (Space Cats, Nice Beaches), drummer Ben Johnston (self-evident, Phantom Fields, Lovely Dark) and Ben Zeise (Space Cats).

BURIED ANIMALS are emerging from the ether and invite you on a journey by way of dark spells, effigies, and the intoxicating scent of 80’s muscle cars. You’ll be drawn into their domain while wondering just how you got there in the first place..

JEN-E is a local DJ in Minneapolis. Jen-E spins house and techno.
