Kicking off our series and the brand new venue in town - Bowl and Brew - Faze Wave headlines an indie rock show stacked with burgeoning young talent in the scene and the region.

Faze Wave began in 2014 when high school friends Matthew Flynn and Zachary Stickler started jamming in Stickler’s grandma’s living room. Their love for surfing, skating, and guitars influenced their sloppy songs as they grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. The duet wasted no time inviting bassist Carl Brobst and drummer Holden Hackney to the practice space.
