Havok is an American thrash metal band formed in Denver, Colorado in 2004. They are widely recognized as one of the core leaders of the modern "thrash metal revival" scene. Frontman David Sanchez remains the band's sole original member, primary songwriter, and driving creative force. Havok blends the blisteringly fast, technical guitar work of 1980s thrash metal with precise modern production.
