#iDoit4MyCity Weekend at Heartwood Soundstage – June 27

On Saturday, June 27, #iDoit4MyCity takes over Heartwood Soundstage for a full-day experience that blends education, culture, and live music—designed to empower artists, creatives, and music entrepreneurs while celebrating the sound and spirit of the city.

The day is split into two distinct but connected experiences:

The #iDoit4MyCity Masterclass (1PM–5PM) and The #iDoit4MyCity Festival (5PM–11PM).

Both experiences will be available in person at Heartwood Soundstage and via live stream, giving audiences multiple ways to tap in.

#iDoit4MyCity Masterclass | 1PM – 5PM

The #iDoit4MyCity Masterclass is an in-depth industry education experience curated for independent artists, producers, managers, and creatives looking to move smarter and more strategically in today’s music business.

Hosted by CEO Dee, the masterclass features a powerful lineup of industry professionals offering real-world insight—not theory—on how to build, protect, and monetize your career.

Attendees will hear from:

• TJ Chapman (TJS DJs) on branding, DJ culture, and breaking records
• Bernard Martin of WAMM Promotions on marketing, promotion, and artist development
• Evan Melville, platinum engineer, on recording, sound quality, and professional standards

For those unable to attend in person, the Masterclass will also be streamed live, allowing viewers to learn remotely and still gain access to the conversation and insights in real time.

As the sun sets, the energy shifts into celebration with the #iDoit4MyCity Festival, transforming Heartwood Soundstage into a high-energy live music experience spotlighting emerging talent and regional standouts.

The festival features live performances, immersive sound, and a crowd that reflects the heartbeat of the city. With festival sound control by TayBandz1K, attendees can expect a polished, professional live show environment both in the venue and online.

For fans and supporters who can’t be in the building, the festival will also be streamed live, extending the experience beyond Gainesville and allowing viewers everywhere to tap into the energy, performances, and culture as it happens.
