The Drugs. The Diva's. The Dance Floor. Disco has held a grip on the public's imagination since it's halycon hayday of Studio 54 in the 70's - bolstered by it's seemingly overnight collapse, quite literally exploding at an infamous "Disco Demolition Night" at a Chicago White Sox game.

Beneath the Glitz, Glamour and irrestiable beats - there are incredible stories waiting to be uncovered - like how a part time studio engineer accidentally created the first Disco song to hit #1 on the charts with the boyfriend of the artist he was supposed to be recording.

... or when an American ex-pat stuck in an international production of Hair met up with an italian producer with a strange keyboard, and spawned a record label that would define the genre.

... or maybe the one about the 4 singers from a country best known for meatballs - who found a way to write and record undeniably catchy choruses in 5 non-native langauges, and ruined their marriages in the process.
