Maddy Kelly is a writer and stand-up comedian based in New York City, originally from Vancouver. Known for her sharp wit and viral social media clips, she has amassed millions of views on platforms like TikTok. She is currently a writer for Canada’s long-running news satire show, This Hour Has 22 Minutes. In 2025, she won a Canadian Screen Award for Best Writing in a Variety or Sketch Comedy Program for her work on Check This Out.

Why'd We Book It?

Maddy is an up and coming stand up that we have seen come up on our feeds - One of my favorites has been her series called Man on the Street where she interviews men while dressed up as a man. Her sharp wit and unique voice is what caught out attention the first time we saw her. There are few new voices that pop out like this nowadays. We are excited to see what she will be bringing to our stage!
