Middleway Music is a fast-growing private teaching studio in Silver Spring that specializes in adult learners, and has been featured in the Washington Post. Twice a year the most talented members take the stage alongside an all pro backing band, including their multi- instrumentalist teacher, and live their performance dreams in an especially inspiring performance which has come to be called the “Studio Concert.” Forget everything you remember about recitals, we put the concert first! The arrangements are air tight and well rehearsed, and the material—chosen by the students—spans the decades from classic rock to reggae, soul, blues, folk, indie rock and more.

More than a show, the Studio Concert is an inspiring testament to creativity and self- development, and pursuing your musical dreams at any age.
