Mikey Marget is a cellis t and songwriter based in Minneapolis, MN. Their focus is on folk, improvisational, and traditional music. Pronouns: they/them

Their original music is dynamic—it moves between gentle singing and “shreddy” cello-fiddle tunes.

Mikey has performed at festivals in the USA including Pickathon, LEAF Festival, and Mile of Music. Internationally, they have played stages in Tunisia, Croatia, Chile, Denmark, and Indonesia.

Mikey has tracked with artists including the Bridge City Sinners and Spencer Tweedy. Locally, they perform with Sprig of That, PonyFolk, Too Old Cat, Willow Waters, McKain Lakey, and others.
