As a young black woman with ADHD and Autism, she wants to let her listeners know that they will always be O.K. in her eyes. #iamok

Jeff Hale has been playing and composing music of various styles for decades, living by the Duke Ellington quote, "There are simply two kinds of music, good music and the other kind…” Mob of One started as a musical project in 2023 and blends beats, loops, samples, and live performance with elements of improvisation to create music that exists in the moment, invites listeners to join the vibe, and meets them where they are. Mob of One’s music is (increasingly!) available, with three singles released on all streaming platforms, and the single “Adrift @ 1:25” was up for a 2024/2025 Wammie Award in the Best Electronic/Techno Song category.
