Join us for PO’ UP! Live - an interactive game show experience featuring PO’ UP! Card Game: College and Black in the Workplace Editions! Whether you're a student or working fulltime, we want you to join us to play PO' UP! Card Game - brought to life in a competitive, "Wild 'n Out" style format.


Hosted by the vibrant Sierra Avé (@sierraaveee) and DJ 3o7 (@dj_3o7), the evening will be filled with laughter, nostalgia, and unapologetic Black joy. Plus, meet the visionary behind the brand, CEO & Founder Lizz Rene (@liv3lov3lizz)!


About PO' UP! Card Game: PO' UP! is a brand of party games celebrating Black excellence. Our College Edition celebrates the experiences of Black college students and grads from HBCUs to PWIs. Our Black in the Workplace Edition highlights the experiences of Black professionals in Corporate America.


Teams: Everyone will have the option to play on stage or in the audience! The audience will also have the chance to play the game by voting on their favorite answers and winners of each round will have the chance to win free giveaways.

Arrive Early: Doors open at 6PM and the show will start promptly at 6:30PM so early arrival is strongly encouraged.

Drinks: Food and drinks will be available for purchase during the event.

Performance: During intermission, you'll enjoy a performance by a local artist.

Giveaways: Giveaway prizes are available for winners of each round.

Lizz Rene is the CEO and founder of PO’ UP!, a brand of party games celebrating Black experiences from college to the workplace. Since launching PO’ UP! Card Game in 2020, she has built a thriving community centered on celebrating Black culture, reaching more than 80,000 supporters across social media platforms and partnering with dozens of college brand ambassadors across the country. Her entrepreneurship has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Business Journal, REVOLT TV, Blavity and more. PO’ UP! Card Game is available on Amazon and in local retailers, including Busboys & Poets right here in the DMV. Lizz is also a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and a lifelong member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.


Sierra Avé is the game show host behind PO’ UP! Live. She leads a high energy show through fun, laughter, and lots of unforgettable moments. As a brand ambassador for Black owned card games, starting with PO’ UP! she’s always been passionate about creating enjoyable, interactive experiences that bring people together through culture, conversation and a little friendly competition. Every night should feel like game night


James Spence III, professionally known as DJ_3o7, is a DJ, producer, and event curator who has helped shape the live experience behind PO' UP! Live since its inception. Through his work in event production, music programming, and creative development, he has contributed to transforming the PO' UP! Card Game into an interactive live entertainment experience that blends music, competition, and community. Outside of PO' UP! Live, James is the founder of 3o7 Promotions & Management, where he produces events, provides entertainment services, and collaborates with organizations throughout the DMV. A graduate of Elizabeth City State University and a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. he is passionate about creating experiences that bring people together while using entertainment as a platform to inspire creativity, connection, and community.
