RAWK THE HALLS! Three killer Minneapolis bands crank up the season with garage rock, power pop, indie rock & roll and a healthy dose of holiday noise. The Silverteens, Mary Strand & The Garage, and The Hell And The Quiet come together for one loud, festive night celebrating original music, the release of Mary Strand’s new album 'I Wanna Believe', and the wonderfully unruly spirit of the Twin Cities rock scene.

There will be special guest appearances from local favorites including Ted Hajnasiewicz, Sarah Morris, Amanda B. Perry, Katy Tessman and Doyle Turner.

The Hell and the Quiet is a four-piece rock 'n' roll band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, known for playing straight-up rock and good times

Mary Strand & The Garage play an infectious mix of rock/pop songs that include punk rock, garage rock, and power pop. Mary’s influences include Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, the Ramones, the Bangles, the Pretenders, the La’s, and the Go-Go’s. She released the albums Golden Girl in 2023 and

I Don’t Need Your Permission in 2025. Her forthcoming Christmas rock album I Wanna Believe drops November 27 on Hygh Tension Records/Virgin Music Group.

The Silverteens are a Minneapolis-based garage/powerpop band whose members are mainstays of the Minneapolis music scene since the late 1970s and early 1980s. Long known or their eclectic mix of cover songs — ranging from obscure ’60s garage rock to late ’70s punk and power pop — the Silverteens began focusing on original material in 2022. They released their self-titled LP in November 2023. In July 2026, they released a four-song EP, “TV on Fire,” firmly establishing their own unique sound. Still rooted in garage and power pop, the EP reflects a more modern aesthetic, emphasizing strong harmonies that remain grounded by crunching/searing guitars and a hard-driving rhythm section. The Silverteens plan to release a 12-song LP this winter.
