Receiver
FFO (for fans of) -- Television, Black Eyes, the Sound, Slint, the Replacements
Receiver blends the angular guitars and rhythms of post-punk with the sixties-revivalist guitar pop sensibilities of the college rock era. Receiver is Jamie Vandenheede, Sasha Kennedy, Leo Pecci, and Liam Keough
Endlings
FFO: Modest Mouse, Deftones, Billie Holiday, Sade
Endlings are four friends making music at the event horizon. Drawing on a wide and varied set of influences, their music has emerged as raw and expansive, dark and exploratory. They are making heads bang and hearts throb at music venues across the D.C. metro area with a bleeding edge sound. The old world is dying, and the new world struggles to be born: now is the time of monsters.
JJX
FFO: Soundgarden, Incubus, Living Colour
JJX is a high-voltage band who has become a relentless force in the rock scene, with deep roots in Punk and an unshakable legacy in the genre. Founded by guitarist & songwriter Joe Jordan and driven by powerhouse drummer MD, JJX carries the torch of Black fronted Rock through their connections with legendary acts like Living Colour, Fishbone, and Pure Hell
