REVOCATION
Revocation is an American technical death metal band from Boston, Massachusetts, renowned for their intricate blend of thrash metal, jazz fusion elements, and world-class musicianship. Founded in 2006 by lead vocalist and guitarist Dave Davidson, the band has released nine studio albums and is widely considered one of the leading forces in modern extreme metal. Their latest album, New Gods, New Masters, was released in 2025 and explores themes of artificial intelligence and societal technological addiction.
DEFEATED SANITY
Defeated Sanity is a German technical brutal death metal band known for their intricate compositions that blend abrasive intensity with jazz fusion and progressive elements. Formed in 1993 by drummer Lille Gruber and his late father, guitarist Wolfgang Teske, the group has become a pioneering force in the extreme metal scene. They recently released their seventh studio album, "Chronicles of Lunacy," in late 2024 through Season of Mist. The band is celebrated for a sound that is both "caveman-esque" in its primal brutality and "mind-bending" in its technical complexity.
FUMING MOUTH
Fuming Mouth is an American death metal and hardcore punk band from Milford, Massachusetts, founded in 2013. The group is led by founder, vocalist, and guitarist Mark Whelan, who famously returned to music after a life-threatening battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Their sound is often characterized by "crusty" riffing and heavy distortion, blending old-school death metal with modern hardcore elements.
