STONE COLD GRACE

STONE COLD GRACE is the pseudonym of indie folk singer/songwriter Sara Johnson. Compared to the likes of Joni Mitchell, Patti Griffin, and Allegra Krieger, Johnson weaves intricate stories of love, loss, and becoming into delicately crafted songs that remind us what it means to be human. When she’s not playing solo, Johnson fronts Philly-based indie rock band Caring Less.

Mary Allain

Mary Allain is an indie-folk singer-songwriter based in Washington, D.C., creating lyrically-driven songs that ask more questions than they answer. Her self-aware, self-deprecating, and deeply conceptual music is for twenty-somethings just now realizing a complete lack of identity. Her latest EP, Thoughts on the Drive Home explores concepts of liminal space-that surreal and undefined territory between what was and what will be.

Veronique

Veronique is a DC-based singer-songwriter with roots in South Florida. Deeply influenced by Nina Simone and Billie Holiday, she weaves classic jazz vocals with witty lyricism and memorable pop choruses. Veronique commands a three-octave range and a sentimental nature, drawing comparisons to early Amy Winehouse, Joy Crookes and Laufey. She daylights as a lawyer in the gender justice movement, hoping for a world where more people can live with the dignity and delight they’re entitled to.
