Celia Tice
Celia Tice originally hails from Arnold, Maryland. Born into a musical family, she began playing piano at the age of five. She took up guitar in her late teens and singing soon after. She began performing out in college and appeared in the Philly music duo, Pigeon Culture. Since her move to Jacksonville in 2021, she has played solo acoustic sets with guitar and voice. She is heavily influenced by her parent’s bluegrass roots, something she was initially reluctant to embrace but came to love over time. Drawing inspiration from Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, and many more, her love for words is paramount and forefront in her music writing. She released her first single, “Ghost” on streaming platforms in 2023 and her second, “Peanut Butter” in 2025.
Jackie Stranger
Jackie Stranger writes songs for you. His songs feel being late to an important meeting or being right on time to a delightful chance encounter. He’s your favorite bands’ sideman and your best friend’s best friend. He would love to be your best friend.
Pamela Elaine
Pamela Elaine Biography Pamela Elaine is a Florida native singer/songwriter who derives influence from Sara Bareilles, Ani Difranco, Brandi Carlile, and Maggie Rogers. Her introspective and cutting lyricism leans heavily on themes of mental health, interconnectedness, and the juxtaposition of joy and sorrow in the human experience. Her folk styled rhythms and storytelling tendencies are paired with hauntingly beautiful melodies.
Rambler Kane
Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Rambler Kane is equal parts classic throwback and modern troubadour, drawing inspiration from some of the art form's trailblazers like Townes Van Zandt, Blaze Foley, and John Prine. As Jacksonville Music Experience put it, Kane has "displayed a penchant for penning the kind of smart country tunes that are capable of touching on a range of human emotion in simple-yet-profound ways."
